Dutch Hardcore Meets a Canadian Crowd: Joost Klein at the Harbour Event and Convention Center

Monday was an exceptionally loud and wild night in Vancouver, with the nightlife venue Harbour Event Center allowing for an all-ages rave with Dutch Hardcore artist Joost Klein at the front of it all. The three-talent show contained a lineup of ipadkid2001, DJ Chool, and Joost as the headliner, with each performer getting the crowd incredibly hyper and active throughout the entire night. 

The energy of the night was absolutely unmatched, with kindhearted and excited fans grouping together, socializing, and handing out items like trinkets, keychains, and bracelets to one another before the show had even began. This made even lining up something fun and excited, and dedicated Canadian fans made sure to show up in pride-filled outfits with smiles on their faces for the show. 

Harbour Events was the perfect venue for the night, with the wide, open space allowing for great ventilation without any crushing or cramming on the massive General Admission floor. This meant that people could dance, jump, and group together without any hazards, and the security lining the venue kept things fun and safe for everyone by keeping watch of every area in the venue without being disruptive of the wild atmosphere - with these members of security even being generous enough to hand out cold water to anyone in the crowd who was in need. 

It's hard to find an atmosphere quite like this one anywhere in Canada, but Joost brought the Dutch music culture to Vancouver for a one-night-only exclusive show that no one in the audience will ever be able to forget. 

The intensity of the night was completely unmatched, and the entire show was completely unchained in every way. Joost's stage presence is something you won't find in any other artist, and to call this event a lifechanging spectacle would almost feel like too large of an understatement. 

The show was a strobing spectacle of meme-laced visuals and a deeply inspirational stage presence, taking a local talent to the Netherlands onto a global scale that has never been seen or done before. Joost's tour is an item of invention and definition - and the Vancouver show was one of the most unforgettable performances the Dutch artist has ever accomplished.
