Joost's third "proper" LP marked an era of consistency for the then-rapper, and the quality of this album far exceeds prior releases like Scandinavian Boy and Albino. 

There are moments on this album that show his gradual experimentation towards more electronic styles, with Bee The Movie being one of the most striking examples of this in his earlier discography. It's an album that feels much more in-tune with his culture, with songs in Dutch (as usual) and more elements that are rooted in the dance scene of Europe, the production is bright and incredibly fun, and it's a short album that uses a small runtime to pack a ton of fun content into one short package. 

Joost Klein 7 marks an important collaboration with bbno$, as well as artists Donnie, Tice, and Daan Koens. Joost uses these collaborative spots to create memorable and highlighted tracks, and the entire album comes together as one of his sharpest releases. Everything is packed together in an impressively shortened format, and these short tracks come with quality over quantity - making them stick harder and keep their memorability. 

This album feels like the most reasonable change in his discography when comparing his earliest works, and it is one of his most consistent and fun albums without any doubt.
